Overview:
You can expect to average $1400 per week, $73,000 annually, and top earners can make $1700 per week

- This account operates in MA, CT, NH, VT, NY RI, ME
- Drivers will average 1100 miles per week pulling a minimum of 3 loads per week- these miles can/may include backhauls which are paid miles.
- Each load is multi-stop and can have as many as 4 stops per trailer.
Each trailer averages 4000 pieces total and is 100% touch freight, with the driver manually unloading all freight.
In addition to mileage pay, the drivers will earn $200 per load inclusive for the unload and all stops
Drivers will get paid $150 extra for going into the NYC boroughs( may go once a week)
- You will reimbursed the drivers cost for adding the “T” endorsement to their CDL. Training will be provided at a later date.
- This account offers a paid vacation of 1 week after 1 year, 2 weeks after 2 years, 3 weeks after 7 years and 4 weeks after 10 years.

Qualifications:
Minimum Experience
- Minimum of 6 months OTR experience (defined as 3 states or throughout TX or CA) in the last 36months with a major carrier (50 trucks/driver). The 6 months experience must be with no more than two carriers, and driver can have no preventable CMV or DOT-Recordable accidents during the 6months.
- Minimum of 12 months OTR experience (defined as 3 states or throughout TX or CA) in the last 36 months regardless of carrier size
Moving Violations
- No more than 3 in the last 3 years
- No more than 2 in the last 12 months
Accidents
- DOT Preventable Accident: No more than 2 in last 3 years
- U-Turn Accident In A CMV: Requires 24 months of safe Driving
- DOT-Recordable Accident (Preventable): No more than 1 in last 12 months
- Preventable or At-Fault with fatality (CMV or POV): 5 years with safe driving record
Max. Number of Jobs
- No more than 4 in the last year
- No more than 6 in the last 2 years
- No more than 8 in the last 3 years
Felony Convictions
- No felony for arson or theft in the last 10 years
- No theft by check in the past 3 years
- No drug charges in the past 10 years
- All sex offenses must be approved by HR
- All domestic violence is case by case
Misdemeanors
- None within the last 3 years
- Drug & theft charges must be outside of 5 years
- All sex offenses must be approved by HR

DUI/DWI
- None allowed while holding a CDL
If not holding a CDL;
- No more than 2 in a lifetime
