How often will I make it home?
It depends on the pay and home time package you choose. A few examples are: Home every
weekend, out for 15 days and home for 3 full days, out for 21 days and home for 5 full days, and in selected areas we have regional runs with the possibility of being home nightly.
What is your top pay?
We have several different pay packages, which allows you to decide your pay package. Currently, the top pay package offers .61 cents per mile.
Is your pay based off of mileage or percentage?
We offer both. Your dedicated fleet manager will work with you to help you decide which option is best for you.
How many miles can I expect and are they consistent?
That depends on how hard you want to work! Our freight is 98% company contracted with our drivers loads being preplanned in advanced to ensure we keep you rolling. With the use of 65% drop/hook you are able to maximize your hours of service while complying with DOT regulations.
What do you mean by premium free family medical and dental insurance?
This means we pay 100% of your insurance premiums that covers you and your family. There is no deduction from your paycheck like most companies. Knowing you and your family are covered keeps you focused on your job and rolling down the road.
What if I don’t need medical insurance coverage?
All you have to do is sign a form stating you do not wish to be covered by our insurance plan. Then, we’ll pay you an additional .05 cents per mile. This works well for employees with coverage through another source.
How many dispatchers will I work with?
Only one! Our drivers have an assigned fleet manager that you work with on a daily basis to take care of all of your needs. If problems arise, we have dispatchers on duty 24/7, 365 days per year.
What type of dispatch do you have?
We are primarily non-forced dispatch. There a few select pay packages that require you to take all dispatch.
Do you have assigned trucks?
Yes, our late model Mack trucks are yours to keep and maintain. You can even take it home on your days off, providing you have an approved safe and secure location to park it.
What type of runs/equipment can I expect?
We offer vans, refrigerated/temperature controlled, and flatbed trailers. Our primary operating area is the midwest but have authority to operate throughout the lower 48 states.
Do you offer Tuition Reimbursement for attending a certified CDL school?
Yes, we offer up to $6,000 tuition reimbursement. Please contract a recruiter for specifics of the program.
I’m a veteran. Do you offer VA on-the-job-training benefits?
Yes. If you currently qualify for Montgomery GI benefits you may be eligible for VA OJT benefits. This equates to roughly $1,200 extra a month paid directly to you from the VA while training.
