$2000 Sign On Bonus
Pay Scale (Solo) –$0.45 cpm to start (.03 cpm bonus for safety/fuel)
Average Weekly Pay – $1200-$1400

Qualifications
Minimum Experience (tractor Trailer/OTR)
- 2 years of OTR experience in the last 5 years
Moving Violations (max in 3 year period)
- No more than 3 in the last 3 years
DOT Recordable Accidents
- 1 in the last 3 years
Terminated Applicants
- No safety terminations from last job
Felony Convictions
- All Reviewable
Misdemeanors
- All Reviewable
DUI/DWI
- No DUI’s ever
